if it weren't for hubby and the work from home, I couldn't continue to work for ATC. They totally did away with my shift. They went from 5, to 4 days a week, 11 hr days counting lunch. I had to choose from 8-7, 10-9 or 12-11 shifts, Of course they've done it to everyone but how can they? Shift bids will now be the norm. 4 times a year and they will no longer be based on seniority after this one. So who knows what will happen from here on out? Steve will step up and come home early for me to leave at 6:30 am on Mondays. I feel like someone has hit me hard.
I was looking back over some information I have and I may do some spell work over this thing that keeps affecting me. I don't like feeling like I have no choices and things are being done to me.
I have a question too - how do you all bring air into your rituals? I need to get an understanding of this element and could use a little direction. Can you offer anything? I sure appreciate it.
I was thinking of knot work or binding - but I think it needs to be more elemental - the whole picture.
It's late, but I have got to get in my meditation. Sleep well friends.

Ah... memories. My father went from 7-3, 3-11, 11-7 and back to 7-3 again more times than I can remember.
MerleAnyhoo... I used to use ensence to bring air into a spell until I discovered that the smoke-i-ness was bothering Mr. Witch's sinuses. Ooops. Now I use a feather. I have a really pretty one from a crow that my youngest found for me in the yard. She was so excited... what a treasure. And I have one from a blue jay. I have also heard of using music and somewhere I read about "catching" wind on a windy day in a white linen pouch and using that for air during a spell. That one always sounded like fun to me. :D
Hope this all works out. I will make a lil wish for you too. :D LOVE!!!
